Rain, cold, then warming through Shabbos

Tuesday brings cooler-than-usual weather with morning rain and flash-flood risk in southern and eastern streams; temperatures climb through the week, with another chance of rain on Shabbos.

Winter weather

Tuesday will be partly cloudy and cooler than usual for the season, with temperatures slightly below average. Morning hours may bring local rain, and there is a slight risk of flash floods in streams in the south and east of the country.

Wednesday will be partly cloudy to clear. Temperatures will rise slightly and approach the seasonal average, with strong winds along the coastal plain in the afternoon.

Thursday continues the partly cloudy to clear trend, with a further rise in temperatures and a drop in humidity, especially inland and in the mountain regions. Strong winds will blow along the coastal plain in the afternoon.

Friday will be partly cloudy to clear, with further warming and temperatures slightly above normal for the season, especially inland and in the mountain areas. Strong winds will blow along the coastal plain in the afternoon.

Shabbos will bring a slight change: partly cloudy skies and a small drop in temperatures, mainly in the mountains. Local rain is possible during the day in the south and east of the country.
