More than three years into the war, Hamas terrorists continue to operate throughout Gaza. New footage released Sunday by the IDF Spokesperson shows how the terror organization continues to use Kamal Adwan Hospital as a major operations hub.
Hamas still using Gaza hospital as terror base
The IDF releases new footage of armed Hamas operatives inside Kamal Adwan Hospital in Jabaliya, which continues to serve as a major Hamas operations hub while treating patients by day.

Kamal Adwan Hospital, located in Jabaliya in the northern Gaza Strip, functions as an active clinic during daylight hours, while Hamas uses the facility and its surroundings as a central base of operations. The released footage shows that Hamas terrorists continue to exploit the hospital and its grounds to advance terror operations and rebuild the organization's capabilities, using patients, medical staff and civilians as human shields in violation of international law.

The hospital and its surroundings have served Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad for years as a base for advancing terror operations against Israel and IDF forces, exploiting a medical facility despite repeated calls from Israel and the IDF to refrain from military use of medical installations.

In December 2024, IDF forces operated in the hospital area, where they located extensive military equipment and combat materiel. During the operation, more than 240 Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad terrorists were arrested, along with additional operatives suspected of being terrorists.
