Yoav Seglovitz, who ran second on the Ra'am list for the 26th Knesset, addressed the allegations of Qatari influence over the election on Thursday and called on investigators to act quickly to clarify the suspicions, in line with the directive issued by Justice Noa Solberg.

"There must be a swift investigation, as Justice Solberg instructed, and the truth must be reached as soon as possible. I back the investigative authorities and law enforcement and trust them," Seglovitz said.

He stressed the importance of safeguarding the integrity of the democratic process, while also calling for the official election results to be published without further delay.

"Electoral integrity is a cornerstone of democratic governance. It must be upheld. At the same time, the official election results must be published as quickly as possible," he added.

Seglovitz also addressed Ra'am's performance in the election and thanked activists and voters who placed their trust in the party.

"I want to thank everyone who worked and continues to work, and the voters who gave their trust to Ra'am in the elections for the 26th Knesset. Special thanks to Ra'am chairman Mansour Abbas for leading the party through a challenging period. Thank you for the partnership."

He described the results as a significant achievement and said the support for the list reflects a desire for partnership among Israel's citizens.

"This is a highly significant achievement, which from my perspective expresses a clear call for partnership and for building a better future for all citizens of the State of Israel, Jews and Arabs alike."

Seglovitz concluded by addressing public discourse in Israel and warning against incitement and racism.

"Incitement, racism and exclusion are among the greatest threats to the resilience and strength of the State of Israel."

He closed with a call to strengthen trust between different parts of the public: "Especially at this time, we must work to strengthen trust, advance equality and build a shared and better future for all of us."
