French media outlets reported a suspected gang rape of a 12-year old Jewish girl in a Paris suburb by three other suspects, according to N12 News. An antisemitic motive is suspected.

The incident took place Saturday night, when three young teenage boys took the girl to a hanger and assaulted her, while making repeated antisemitic remarks during the act.

The suspects confessed to the crime and said that they did what they did due to the girl's religion and the war in Gaza. One of them, her ex-boyfriend, allegedly engaged in the assault because she hid her religion, while another did it "because she said bad things about Palestine."

French authorities plan to charge the three with rape and sexual assault under aggravated circumstances.
