Mentally Ill Polish Politician Waves "Jewish -Swastika" on Parliament Floor
The long history of unrelenting and crazed Polish anti-Semitism continues.

A political and diplomatic storm erupted today in Poland after Member of Parliament Grzegorz Berkowicz displayed an Israeli flag defaced with a swastika during a parliamentary session. Berkowicz stated, “Israel is the new Third Reich, and this is what its flag should look like,” triggering immediate backlash.
Deputy Speaker of Parliament Włodzimierz Czarzasty swiftly condemned the act from the chamber floor, saying:
“Mr. Member of Parliament, displaying a swastika in the Polish Parliament is unjustifiable under any circumstances.”
The Israeli Embassy in Poland issued a strong condemnation, calling the incident “a severe antisemitic outrage.”
In its statement, the embassy said:
“On Israel’s official Holocaust Remembrance Day, a Polish MP desecrated the Israeli flag and compared the Jewish state and its symbol to Nazi Germany, instead of showing solidarity with Holocaust victims.”
The embassy emphasized that the timing made the act even more disturbing, as Holocaust survivors were commemorating victims at Auschwitz.
Israeli officials called on Polish authorities to take immediate action:
“The Polish authorities must now address this disgrace and remove this moral stain.”
The incident has drawn criticism from various political figures in Poland, though reactions have been mixed, with some condemning the act and others remaining silent.
Potential Diplomatic Fallout
The controversy could strain relations between Israel and Poland, which have already faced tensions in recent years over historical memory and Holocaust-related issues. Israeli officials are closely monitoring developments, and further diplomatic steps may follow if a firm response is not issued by Warsaw.
The poles have a rich history of discriminative and anti-semitic laws, including in the 1930s, years before he came to power.
Until this Day Poland has the habit of putting into law, anti-Semitic statues, made to prevent Jews from retrieving their Lost property.
