A 13-year-old boy collapsed suddenly inside a store at Ayalon Mall in Ramat Gan, near Bnei Brak, on Thursday afternoon. The incident unfolded in front of shoppers in the busy commercial complex, prompting an immediate emergency response.

Volunteer medics from United Hatzalah and Hatzalah arrived at the scene within seconds of the emergency call. Witnesses reported that the boy had lost consciousness without warning.

United Hatzalah medics Yisrael Gigi and Chaim Meir Levy, who were among the first responders, described the critical moments: "According to bystanders, this was a boy who lost consciousness. With the help of additional medics, we provided initial medical treatment while performing lifesaving resuscitation procedures and administering electric shocks using a defibrillator."

Hatzalah medics Meir Azoulay and Bentzi Himmel described the scene up close: "When we arrived at the mall, they directed us to a 13-year-old boy who was unconscious, without a pulse and not breathing after collapsing in the store. Together with medics and paramedics from Hatzalah and Magen David Adom, we performed advanced resuscitation procedures including chest compressions, ventilation, and electric shocks from the defibrillator in our possession."

Through tremendous Divine mercy, the medics' swift response and rapid deployment of advanced resuscitation equipment proved decisive. After long, tense minutes of intensive resuscitation efforts in the field, the boy's heart resumed beating and he began breathing independently.

The medics noted with satisfaction that miraculously, after stabilizing his initial condition, he was evacuated in an intensive care ambulance for continued medical treatment at the hospital while fully conscious and in stable condition.

Family members, friends, and well-wishers are now asking the public to continue praying for the boy, Harel Yisrael ben Sapir, for a complete and speedy recovery among all the sick of Israel.
