Four people were seriously, moderately and lightly injured in a shooting attack near the Ma'ale Adumim mall. The terrorist was shot and killed on the spot.

A Border Police officer who was off-duty and on his way to the barber shop heard gunshots and cries of civilians in distress. The officer began scanning the area to locate the terrorist. The terrorist started firing shots at the officer, who approached to engage and neutralized the terrorist.

Magen David Adom reported: "At 15:39, a report was received at MDA's 101 emergency center in the Jerusalem area regarding two injured individuals from gunfire near the Ma'ale Adumim shopping mall. MDA paramedics are providing medical treatment on-site to the two injured, approximately 30 years old, in moderate condition with gunshot wounds, fully conscious."

Israel Police reported: A short while ago, a report was received regarding a shooting incident near the Ma'ale Adumim shopping mall. According to initial reports, there are two injured individuals whose condition is not yet known at the scene. The perpetrator has been neutralized.

Israel Police Commissioner Kobi Shabtai is making his way to the scene of the incident. Additionally, the attack occurred while Prime Minister Netanyahu, Minister Gallant, and the Chief of Staff Halevi are in a security assessment at the Central Command.
