Deep dive

While Israel is at War with Iran, the Supreme Court is at War with the Haredim and the Settlers

Is the Supreme Court trying to replace right wing Jews (Settlers and Haredi) with leftist Reformists (attracting them by Reforming the Kotel)? Is the Supreme Court trying to "ethnically cleanse" the Settlers and Haredi? The leftist Supreme Court is making the lives of Haredim and Settlers miserable to force reverse allya and weaken the right

The left is losing power in Israel and is desperate to find a way to reverse the situation. Leftist parties are becoming less popular and Right wing parties like Ben Gvir’s Otzma Yehudit and Betzalel Smotrich’s Religious Zionist Party are gaining power. Although the left has lost popular support it still controls important areas like the Supreme Court and the IDF and it is trying to use its power to weaken the right.

On April 29, 2026 Arutz 7 reported "The Attorney General has dealt a severe economic blow to the haredi yeshivah world, determining that institutions where conscripts study will no longer be eligible for tax benefits for donors."

The leftist Supreme Court is making the lives of Haredim and Settlers miserable to force reverse allya and weaken the right.

Ready for more?

These are the ways the leftist Supreme Court is harassing the Haredim:

1. Removing the tax-exempt status of donations to yeshivot

2. Giving a space in the Kotel to the Reform Movement. This is in order to attract more Reformist to Israel. Is the Supreme Court trying to replace right wing Jews (Settlers and Haredi) with leftist Reformists?

3. Taking Haredim out of yeshivot and forcing Military Conscription. The Haredi are key for the political survival of the right, the right understands that the price for the Haredi political support is to leave them in the yeshivot not to draft the Haredi in to the IDF. The right understands that the Haredi are more important to maintain the political base of the right than in the IDF and it is precisely this fact that the left is trying to undermine. The left is calling for Haredi conscription to scare the Haredim out of Israel and undermine the right.

(Additional thought about this: Note that the left wants the Haredi in the IDF yet keeps them out of leadership positions in the IDF, the leadership of the IDF is a leftist private club just like the supreme court).

There is a Supreme Court alliance with the Arabs against Jewish settlers. The left has adopted a variety of tactics against settlers, here are some:

1. Allowing mobs of Arabs to repeatedly do stone throwing attacks against settlers and then arresting settlers if they defend themselves but not the Arab atrackers

2. IDF issuing work permits to Arab laborers for construction in Jewish settlements

3.The leftist courts are allowing Arabs to build in Area C while blocking the application of sovereignty

Part 1. Allowing groups of Arabs to infiltrate and to attack Jewish settlers with stones and sticks

The Palestinians have adopted a stone throwing strategy against Jews in Judea and Samaria. The logic is simple: if Arabs attack Jews with weapons a Jewish response with weapons is justified but if Arabs attack with stones and Jews respond with weapons then Arabs can record the incident as "settler violence" which can serve as propaganda justify ethnically cleansing Jews from Judea and Samaria.

Arab mobs are attacking Jews with stones and sticks daily. How can Jews respond without using weapons and falling into the Palestinian "propaganda trap"? Jews must adopt non lethal responses to Arab stone attacks, the most effective response is for Jews to lock themselves in Armored Vehicles with Bulletproof Glass, call for help and video record the Arab attack from inside the Armored Vehicle while helps arrives.

There are several Armored Vehicles commercially available such as:

- Mercedes-Benz S-Class/Maybach,

- BMW X5 Protection VR6,

-Range Rover Sentinel,

-Alpine Armoring MASTIFF (Ford F-350 based),

 -Chevrolet Suburban/GMC Yukon XL.

These armored vehicles are:

- frequently used for high-level personal protection,

- certified to withstand rifle fire,

-feature military-grade ballistic glass,

- provide heavy-duty armor.

While Jewish victims of Arab stone throwing mobs wait for help inside Armored vehicles and document the attack with video recording, it is important that the IDF disperse the attackers with non lethal methods as well to prevent Palestinian propaganda.

Some non lethal strategies that the IDF could use to protect Jewish victims from Arab mob attacks are:

- rubber bullets,

- Cloth bags filled with  rubber pellets fired from a shotgun, designed to deliver a forceful but non-penetrating impact.

-Foam Grenades.

- Batons.

 -Tear Gas.

- Pepper Spray used in handheld canisters for close-range or in large "fogger" canisters for crowds.

- Pepper Balls: Paintball-like projectiles filled with irritant powder that burst on impact, creating a localized irritant cloud,

-Stink Bombs: Chemicals like "Skunk" that emit a foul, sewage-like odor that is difficult to wash off.

- Long Range Acoustic Device (LRAD): A sonic weapon that emits a high-decibel, directed beam of sound to communicate or cause pain.

-Active Denial System (ADS): A "heat ray" that fires 95 GHz waves to penetrate the skin superficially, causing an intense burning sensation that ceases immediately when the target moves away.

-Dazzlers: High-intensity lasers or lights used to temporarily blind or disorient individuals.

-Flash-Bangs (Stun Grenades): Pyrotechnic devices that produce a deafening noise and blinding flash to cause temporary panic and disorientation.

-Water Cannons.

-Tasers.

-Cavalry.

Besides that it is important that the IDF establish a security perimeter similar to the yellow line in Gaza around Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria, it is important also to arrest Arabs who participate in stoning attacks. The leftist Israeli judges must also stop arresting the Jewish victims and releasing Arab attackers, stop blaming the victims with false accusations of "settler violence".

On April 29, 2026 Arutz 7 reported "Erez Weiner and Gabi Siboni published a study claiming that the term “settler violence" is the product of a coordinated campaign by left-wing organizations funded by foreign entities."

It is obvious that the stone throwing attacks by dozens of Arabs in multiple locations are carefully planned, this would be impossible without complicity of Abbas Palestinian Authority. Why Abbas was not arrested yet for repeated orchestrated Arab stone throwing mobs?

On April 22, 2026 Arutz 7 reported "Stoning attack victim recounts the assault...Nadav, a resident of Benjamin who was injured by stones thrown by Arabs near the village of Deir Dibwan, lost consciousness and had to be taken to hospital."

On April 15, 2026 Arutz 7 reported "Omer Rahamim, CEO of the Yesha Council, joined calls for the release of a soldier accused of killing a Palestinian Arab and for an end to the restrictive conditions of his interrogation...On Friday, a judge of the Petah Tikva Magistrate’s Court, Israel Patt, lifted the gag order on the investigation and allowed it to be reported that Arabs had initially attacked Jewish shepherds during the incident. Judge Patt also instructed the Shin Bet to ensure the soldier receives urgent medical attention.

"Attorney Nati Rom from the Honenu, who represents the soldier, criticized the conduct of law enforcement authorities. According to him, none of the Arab rioters who attacked the shepherds were arrested or investigated, while the soldier who came to defend them now finds himself under what he called “draconian orders."  “This is an absurd situation," Rom said. “A soldier who dedicates his life to defending the state is being interrogated by the Shin Bet while Hamas issues a statement supporting the rioters. I call on the authorities to immediately reverse this harm to our heroic fighters."

On March 19, 2026 Arutz 7 reported "Dozens of rioters from the Palestinian Arab village of Khirbet Abu Falah attacked a Jewish shepherd on Thursday afternoon in the Binyamin region.  The incident, which ended with the shepherd suffering from a head injury, was classified by locals as an "attempted lynching" that ended in a miracle.

"The attack began when dozens of Arab rioters took advantage of the topography and the olive groves near the community of Adi-Ad to approach the shepherd undetected. The assailants surrounded the victim and began striking him with rocks and clubs. Despite his injuries, the shepherd managed to pull out his cellphone and call for help from the military and the residents of the nearby hilltops, before contact with him was lost.  For several minutes, the shepherd's fate was uncertain, but then, military forces reached the scene and found him lying on the ground, bleeding from his head. However, his flock was gone.  After searching, troops and area residents found some of the sheep. Suspicion is growing that the rioters took advantage of the commotion to steal some of the sheep and smuggle them into the village of Abu Falah.

"After undergoing medical treatment, the shepherd recounted the moments of terror: "Suddenly Arabs surrounded me from all directions, I didn't understand what was happening. A masked Arab, armed with a large club, began beating me on the head. At the same time, I was hit by volleys of rocks from all directions. My entire body hurts. I survived by way of a miracle."  Of late, there has been a substantial uptick in attacks on shepherds across Judea and Samaria, accompanied by growing incitement in villages calling to attack communities and farms."

On March 9, 2026 Arutz 7 reported "Four Jewish shepherds were injured in the past 24 hours in attacks carried out by Arab assailants in the Gush Etzion and Benjamin areas. At the same time, an explosive device was found in grazing land near Route 465 in Binyamin.  The terror incidents began in the morning when about ten Arab assailants from the village of Sa'ir attacked a Jewish shepherd from Givat Ma'aleh Tidhar in Gush Etzion.  According to the report, the assailants approached him while he was praying the morning Shacharit service, threw a stone at his head, and struck him with clubs..."

On March 8, 2026 Arutz 7 reported "Residents in the area of Shiloh say a serious security incident occurred overnight (Sunday) when hundreds of rioters from nearby villages allegedly attacked the Noa Ridge homestead located south of the town.  According to local residents, the attack followed incitement on Arabic social media. They say large groups of rioters armed with clubs and stones arrived at the site with the intention of harming the Israelis who were present there.

"Residents describe Noa Ridge as a strategic location that prevents a territorial connection between the Palestinian villages of Turmus Ayya and Khirbet Abu Falah. They claim the homestead serves as a way to break up the PA's control of the area.  During the clashes, several Israelis were injured and evacuated to a hospital for treatment.  The Israelis further stated that IDF troops who arrived at the scene were also targeted with stone-throwing. Soldiers reportedly responded with live fire. According to the residents, three of the attackers were killed during the incident, and the families at the homestead were protected.  Residents of the town later criticized a statement released in the morning by the military spokesperson, arguing that it did not accurately reflect what happened during the night.

"A statement issued on behalf of Israeli residents of the area expressed support for the soldiers’ response, saying the situation in which “Arabs attempt to carry out a lynching of Jews under cover of darkness" is intolerable and dangerous, and warned that it sets a troubling precedent that must be addressed firmly.  The statement also rejected the military spokesperson’s description of the incident as “minor friction," calling it instead “an extreme and rare event - a mass lynching attempt carried out at night." Residents argued that the strong response from soldiers on the ground demonstrates the seriousness of the situation and reflects changes in the rules of engagement that they say are helping to save lives.

"The IDF said the commander of the Central Command, Avi Bluth, visited the site and reviewed the incident together with the Israel Police. Authorities have opened a criminal investigation to clarify the circumstances surrounding the deaths and identify those involved.  Bluth strongly condemned the events, stating that there will be no tolerance for civilians taking the law into their own hands. He said such acts are dangerous, do not represent the Jewish people or the State of Israel, and undermine both security operations and stability in the region.  He added that while the military is engaged in confronting Israel’s enemies, including Iran and Hezbollah, domestic violence must not be allowed to erode the rule of law or security."

On March 7, 2026 Arutz 7 reported "Approximately ten Arabs attacked a Jewish shepherd in the Susya area with clubs. An IDF force called to the scene shot two of the attackers..."

On February 22, 2026 Arutz 7 reported "Attempted lynching of farm owner in Mount Hebron... A terror incident on Friday evening: dozens of Arab rioters from the village of Bani Na’im attacked the owner of the “Malachei Avraham" farm in the grazing areas."

On February 17, 2026 Arutz 7 reported "Watch: Masked Arabs attack a shepherd in Gush Etzion... Arab residents of the village of Rashida today (Tuesday) stoned an Israeli shepherd in Gush Etzion. The shepherd was evacuated to the hospital with a suspected fracture in his hand...The incident is the latest in a string of attacks reported in recent months in eastern Gush Etzion, where shepherds working in open grazing areas and farm outposts have repeatedly been targeted. In several previous cases, suspects were detained but released after a short period."

On February 4, 2026 Arutz 7 reported "Arab who wounded shepherd released despite footage of attack. A resident of a farm in Binyamin was struck in the head with a stone by an Arab rioter about a week ago. The attacker was released despite clear footage documenting the incident..."

A disturbing pattern has emerged in Judea and Samaria. Arab mobs attack Jews with stones, clubs, and firebombs. When Jews attempt to defend themselves, they are accused of “settler violence.” International bodies such as the EU and UN immediately seize on these accusations to demand Jewish expulsions.

When video footage proves that Jews were attacked first, Israeli courts often look the other way.

This is not negligence. It is policy.

Left-wing judges, aided by an IDF leadership dominated by the same ideological camp, have created a de facto alliance with Palestinian Arabs against Jewish settlers. The IDF frequently fails to establish proper defense perimeters around Jewish farms and communities, allowing repeated infiltrations. While armed attacks are often thwarted, stone-throwing mobs are inexplicably granted access again and again.

The result is predictable: Jews are injured or killed, and the blame is shifted onto the victims.

False accusations of “settler violence” are then compiled into statistics used to justify the ethnic cleansing of Jews from Judea and Samaria. I documented multiple such additional cases in my article “False accusations of ‘settler violence’ seek to create false statistics to justify ethnically cleansing Jews from Judea and Samaria.”

Israelis elected a right-wing government with a clear mandate: restore sovereignty, ensure security, and defend Jewish communities—particularly in Judea and Samaria.

The leftist judiciary has responded by doing the opposite.

Despite clear evidence of Arab violence, Israeli courts repeatedly release attackers while scrutinizing Jewish victims.

Israel today is no longer governed by its elected representatives. It is ruled by a judicial oligarchy that answers to no one. In practical terms, Israel has become a monarchy: an illegitimate one, headed not by a crowned king but by Supreme Court President Yitzhak Amit.

Contrary to the vote of Israelis that democratically elected a right wing government because they want sovereignty, the leftist unelected judicial monarchy that rules Israel led by tyrant King Ytzhak Amit  has decided that Jews should be expelled from Judea and Samaria.

Part 2.

IDF issuing work permits to Arab laborers for construction in Jewish settlements

On February 18, 2026 Arutz 7 reported "Eli residents up in arms over Arab laborers: 'Dozens of potential terrorists'... Eli residents say they were promised foreign laborers, but Arab workers were approved for a new project; the council says permits are under IDF authority."

"Eli residents are expressing fury and frustration following an official decision to allow Arab laborers into a new building project in the town.  According to the residents, last year, they were promised that the laborers had received a one-time entry permit, but in future projects, non-Arab foreign workers would be employed. "Now there are suddenly dozens of potential terrorists just a meter from kindergartens," the residents claimed.  The residents wrote: "While the entire country has moved over to foreign labor, Eli is still letting in dozens of terrorists..."

Part 3. The leftist courts are allowing Arabs to build in Area C

Israeli Judges not only look the other way when Palestinians attack Jewish sheppards, they also allow Palestinians to build in Area C and create "facts on the ground" endangering Jewish communities.

On February 22, 2026 Arutz 7 reported "Regavim calls for a halt to illegal infrastructure work in the Hevron Hills, including paving roads, installing power poles, and connecting them to the power grid.."

On January 11, 2026 Arutz 7 reported " The Jerusalem District Court has dismissed a petition submitted by the Regavim movement and the Gush Etzion Regional Council concerning two apartment buildings built on the outskirts of a PA village south of Jerusalem, near the security fence...

"...Regavim described the structure as highly unusual, consisting of two interconnected 12-storey towers containing dozens of residential units and covering a total area of 8,472 square meters. The movement compared the project to the Holyland complex in Jerusalem’s Malha neighborhood, noting that dozens of workers are reportedly on site daily and that construction is close to completion.

"The petition was filed at the end of 2025 following repeated appeals by Regavim to enforcement authorities that, according to the movement, received no response. Regavim claimed that the state only addressed the issue after the petition was submitted, relying solely on the posting of a stop-work order as evidence of enforcement.  The movement further alleged that the Palestinian Authority is attempting to expand into nearby Area C lands under the jurisdiction of the Gush Etzion Regional Council and the municipality of Jerusalem, in an effort to establish a physical position in the area. "

On October 31, 2025 Arutz 7 reported "...The project is in its final stages of construction, with dozens of workers on site.  Regavim is seeking a court order to prohibit connection of the illegal building to infrastructure and utilities and to prevent occupancy. Regavim’s petition referenced a recent District Court injunction against the placement of “caravans” - temporary structures, placed on land within the municipal boundaries of Carmel in order to prevent encroachment and land theft by the surrounding Arab outposts.  "It should be emphasized that the housing project in Walaja has been constructed on land not owned by the builders; it constitutes encroachment on Area C, an area under Israeli jurisdiction, a mere 100 meters from the security barrier and 200 meters from the homes of Har Gilo," the Regavim petition stressed. "Construction of this kind has no chance of receiving permits - even retroactively, which makes an interim restraining order all the more essential..."

Israel's Supreme Court is allowing Palestinian takeover of Judea and Samaria to pave the way for a Palestinian State. A Palestinian State will enable more Jihadist atracks against Israel as in October 7. The Knesset must impose a deadline for Judicial Reform. Wait until when?

On August 26, 2024 Regavim reported "The Regavim Movement has issued a warning about extensive illegal construction near Har Gilo, a long-established Jewish community that lies between Nahal Heletz and Jerusalem. Highlighting a severe security threat that endangers both the residents and the access routes to Jerusalem...

"Regavim has documented significant illegal agricultural and construction activity in the area surrounding Har Gilo in recent years, even though the area in question falls under complete Israeli civil and security jurisdiction (Area C).

"Regavim’s letter highlighted the dangers posed by the unchecked, illegal expansion of the PA-controlled village of Al-Walja, including illegal roads, land clearing for construction and development, and new construction – all in Area C, in some cases on land under military non-construction orders and other cases on Israeli state land approved for the growth of the Har Gilo community.

"Regavim’s urgent letter warns that this illegal construction threatens Har Gilo and poses a strategic risk to one of the main traffic arteries leading to Jerusalem. The proximity of these illegal structures to a significant transportation route raises concerns about potential hostile activities targeting travelers and residents.

"The Regavim Movement calls for immediate enforcement actions, including demolishing illegal structures and restoration of the area, criminal investigation and prosecution of those responsible for the illegal activity, and full disclosure regarding past enforcement measures against these illicit construction and agricultural projects.

"Roi Drucker, Regavim’s Field Coordinator for Judea and Samaria, emphasized the urgency:  “Neglecting illegal construction means failing to safeguard national security. The Palestinian Authority’s dangerous game of supporting terrorism while pushing ahead with illegal construction on Israeli state land – and only afterward requesting permits that would legalize the land grab and make the loss of our national assets permanent – cannot be allowed to continue. We urge the authorities to act decisively and utilize all available measures to restore the State of Israel’s control over Area C.”

On November 28, 2021 Arutz 7 reported " On Sunday, members of the Eretz Israel caucus in the Knesset toured Mount Hebron, beginning in the community of Adora, where they were shown an extreme example of Palestinians executing a land-grab actually within the settlement. The inadequacy and incompetence of the law enforcement agencies, which allow Palestinians to continue taking over land designated for housing and agriculture, was also exposed during their visit...

"The chairman of the Mount Hebron Regional Council, Yochai Damari, told the Knesset members that over 100 new housing units have been planned in Adora, but that what they were about to see there was, "The colossal failure of enforcement and governance of the State of Israel."  "This area is already authorized for construction, no less than any other part of the State of Israel, and then a Palestinian family comes along and constructs a hut, and complains that there's no electricity and water and prevents the development of Adora..."

On September 1, 2022 Arutz 7 reported "In the heart of Samaria, near the Karnei Shomron industrial zone, massive development works are underway within Areas C on both state and privately owned Jewish land, including development of lots, construction of buildings, breaking and paving of new roads, and setting up connections to infrastructure.

"Work began around six months ago, at which point the Regavim organization contacted the relevant authorities in the hope that they would enforce the law. When no response was received and construction work continued, Regavim submitted a petition to the courts.

"The petition details the extensive scope of construction work near the Karnei Shomron industrial zone and the village of Lekef that is being carried out illegally, without permits, on state lands and also on private land including tracts belonging to the "Har Veguy" company owned by the Zer family.  Over the past few months, Regavim has repeatedly appealed to the authorities with the demand that they cease the work, with an emphasis on the privately owned area, but responses have been few and inadequate despite the significance - and meanwhile, construction continues apace.

"Binyamin Council head in US to meet with members of Congress Regavim points out that in similar cases such as Amona, Migron, and Netiv Ha'avot, the courts have not hesitated to rule against construction taking place on privately owned land, and have made the issues a priority for the authorities to address.

"The Palestinian Authority is taking advantage of the ineptness of the authorities and is in effect promoting a strategic plan for the establishment of a Palestinian state in Area C," said Moshe Shmueli, Regavim's coordinator of Judea and Samaria.

"Before our very eyes we see how day by day, illegal construction is taking over huge areas of state land and private land of Jews. Only recently we documented another new building and planting of trees. We're not talking about a lone house - what we're seeing is the construction of infrastructure including roads, water, and electricity. Meanwhile, the authorities are doing nothing and the Jewish landowners are left to stand helplessly by.

"The situation is simply outrageous."  The head of the Samaria Regional Council, Yossi Dagan, added, "The government is systematically abandoning Area C and now also private lands that were purchased by Jews. If this were about private lands belonging to Arabs, everyone would be up in arms. Selective enforcement is reaching a peak we have never seen before. We demand that the relevant authorities and the government immediately put a stop to the construction and takeover of Area C, on both private and state lands, assets belonging to the State of Israel and the Jewish people."

The article says "The Palestinian Authority is taking advantage of the ineptness of the authorities..." but the Israeli authories are not inept, they are complicit. They are giving away Area C because they want the two state solution, they want the land to become part of a Palestinian State. Israeli authorities are not only failing to apply sovereignty they are actually surrendering the land, please see my article below for more details about this.

Israel's Supreme Court is paving the way for more Jihad by allowing Palestinians to build facts on the ground.

Leftist Israeli Judges allow Arab construction and favor the ethnic cleansing of Jews from Judea and Samaria to pave the way for a Palestinian State.

The IDF and Israeli Courts are throwing Settlers to the wolves, failing to create a perimeter to protect Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria, allowing repeated infiltrations of Arab mobs that attack Jews with clubs and stones.

Judicial Reform and IDF reform are urgent in Israel. The Knesset must demand equal representation of the right in IDF leadership positions.

Leftist Israeli judges look the other way when Palestinians attack Jewish Shepards because they want Jewish settlers to be falsely accused of "settler violence" if they react to justify expelling settlers from Judea and Samaria.

The Supreme Court's Big Replacement: Is the Supreme Court trying to replace right wing Jews (Settlers and Haredi) with leftist Reformists (attracting them by Reforming the Kotel)? Is the Supreme Court trying to "ethnically cleanse" the Settlers and Haredi? While Israel is at War against Iran, the Supreme Court is at War against the Haredim and the Settlers. The leftist Supreme Court is making the lives of Haredim and Settlers miserable to force reverse allya and weaken the right.

The Knesset must impose a deadline for Judicial Reform . Wait until when?
