Opposition Leader Yair Lapid responded to a report on Israeli consent to uranium enrichment in Saudi Arabia and clarified that "a normalization agreement is a welcome thing, but not at the cost of the possibility for the Saudis to develop nuclear weapons."

In his speech at the UN General Assembly, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy referred to the war in his country and attacked Russia's threats with nuclear weapons: "There is no reason for terrorists to possess nuclear weapons and use them as a threat, not only to my country but also to the rest of the world."
