Moti Leitner, chairman of the Haredi Public party, has filed a formal complaint with Israel Police against a senior figure in Degel HaTorah, following what he described as severe incitement, threats and a campaign of persecution against the party and its supporters.
The complaint was filed after Motke Bloy, a Degel HaTorah operative who holds several senior positions in the faction and is a well-known educator, published what Leitner's party called an extraordinary notice. According to the allegations, Bloy publicly distributed the names and addresses of some Haredi Public party activists, labeling them "rebel families" --- the party leadership claims this marks them for harm.
