Two Teens, 1 Adult Critically Injured in Boro Park on Erev Shabbos
Three separate Friday morning accidents in Boro Park leave two 13-year-olds and an adult in critical condition. The community is urged to recite Tehillim as victims fight for their lives.

Three people, including two 13-year-old boys from the Boro Park Jewish community, were struck by vehicles in three unrelated accidents within approximately 25 minutes on Friday morning (erev Shabbos), leaving all three in critical condition with brain bleeds.
According to reports from local outlets including Belaaz and Boro Park 24, the incidents occurred on different streets and involved different drivers. Hatzolah volunteers responded rapidly to each scene, transporting the victims to Maimonides Medical Center. All three victims were placed on respirators.
One of the 13-year-old boys was struck at the intersection of 15th Avenue and 37th Street. He has been identified for Tehillim as Yaakov Tzvi Hersh (or Hirsch) ben Chana Yittel (or Yitel). The second 13-year-old and the third victim (an adult) were injured in separate nearby locations.
Community members have been urged to recite Tehillim for the full recovery of the victims. Local authorities, including the NYPD, investigated the scenes, with at least one intersection temporarily closed.
These incidents have renewed concerns about pedestrian safety and traffic conditions in the densely populated Boro Park neighborhood. No arrests have been reported in connection with the accidents at this time.
The victims remain hospitalized in critical condition as of the latest reports. Updates on their status will be provided as more information becomes available.
