Wilf: Annex Part of Gaza

The Consciousness War: "The Most Important Arena Where Wars Are Decided"

Against the backdrop of speeches at the UN General Assembly and international attacks on Israel, Dr. Wilf demands a fundamental conceptual shift in Israel's approach to the international arena. According to her, Israel mistakenly treats these events as isolated "public diplomacy" incidents, when in fact they are part of a broad-scale consciousness campaign in which wars are decided.

Wilf emphasizes that the prime minister's centralized approach, viewing a single UN speech as an adequate response, is incorrect, since the campaign requires an entire consciousness army, extensive resources, and ongoing strategic planning.

"First of all, you need to understand this isn't hasbara. You need to understand that we've been in a consciousness war for a very long time, and it's the most important war... 30% of the war in Gaza, let's say, was physical in Gaza, but 70% of the war was conducted here in the mind, on screens, in words, in images... You can't have everything rise and fall on this arena, you need to do comprehensive and ongoing work... In the end you need an entire army managing this war," Wilf said.

Wilf points to the need to initiate sophisticated moves that will expose global hypocrisy, rather than shrinking into apathy in the face of Qatari-funded media and capital channels. As an example, she proposes acting against Qatar's weak points, a country deeply concerned about its image in the West, through international campaigns condemning the slavery and theocracy there, alongside protests outside luxury brands it owns in Paris.

The "No Other Land" Film Is Another Brick in Israel's Delegitimization

When asked about the damage caused by the film "No Other Land," Wilf responded: "It's very important to me not to talk about hasbara. This is consciousness warfare... The consciousness war has been operating for decades through the constant construction of a very simple equation: Israel/Zionism equals racism, apartheid, ethnic cleansing, Nazism, genocide. What the film does is essentially another brick... A very important tool in consciousness warfare is respectability. The moment you grant respectability to all these blood libels... even people who see themselves as serious, educated people can be drawn into it."

In her remarks, Wilf addressed the destructive mechanisms of anti-Zionism, which she says has become "the respectable substitute for old antisemitism." She explains that the enemy has been working for decades to create an identity between Zionism and concepts of absolute evil. The central problem arises when respectable platforms, such as international film festivals (like Venice) or the UN General Assembly, grant legitimacy and awards to these products, preparing the ground for the broader public to accept modern blood libels.

To combat the phenomenon, Wilf proposes establishing a consciousness body with status equivalent to the Defense Ministry (modeled on the American State Department), operating proactively. Among other things, she suggests using three-dimensional modeling technologies to illustrate to the world how Gaza was built as a "unified weapon" full of tunnels beneath civilian institutions, thereby dismantling the enemy's false narrative before it spreads.

The Strategic Plan for Gaza: Annexation, "Gaza of Peace," and "Gaza of War"

When asked what she would do in Gaza today, Dr. Wilf laid out her vision: "Gaza needs to be divided into three: One part, regardless of size, needs to be annexed to the State of Israel by Knesset resolution... with a message that says: After they took all this territory and turned it into a unified weapon, we want to break this loop...

What remains should be divided in two: One part under Hamas control,'Gaza of War,' connect it to Egypt 100–200 meters... and the second part under IDF control beyond the yellow line will be called 'Gaza of Peace,' where those who want to end their war with Zionism move."

On the strategic-operational level, Dr. Wilf unfolds a defined partition plan for the Gaza Strip:

Annexation of part of the territory to the State of Israel: A sovereign step to be passed through explicit Knesset legislation. The goal is to send an unambiguous message that losing a war of annihilation carries a permanent territorial price, thereby cutting off the historical cycle in which Arabs pay no price for their aggression.

"Gaza of War": The territory remaining under Hamas control will be physically and politically connected to Egypt. Israel will demand that the international community and Egypt fulfill their obligation under peace agreements to prevent smuggling, and will expose the Egyptian "invisible border."

"Gaza of Peace": An area under IDF control (beyond the "yellow line"), to which Gazan residents seeking to end the fight against Zionism can move. Residents will undergo a process of deradicalization and re-education (as the Americans did in Japan), and will be required to publicly renounce their status as UNRWA refugees and tear up their refugee cards.

Breaking Down Bloc Politics and the Vision of Statism

When asked what the Reservists party would do if the political cards remain as they are, Wilf responded: "First of all, we said we would support a broad Zionist government, and more than that, we reject bloc politics. This is a disastrous discourse foreign to Israeli parliamentarism... You build a coalition based on shared principles. To restore this conception, to break and crumble the bloc conception, that's our mission."

At the end of the interview, Wilf addressed the political arena and the Reservists and Economic Party on whose list she is running. Wilf rejects the traditional division into "right" and "left" and defines the required approach as a factual confrontation with reality. According to her, her party seeks to break bloc politics and bring about the establishment of a broad Zionist government based on shared principles.

As part of this vision, Wilf seeks to revive David Ben-Gurion's conception of statism. She calls for applying mandatory national or military service to all citizens, Jews, Arabs, men and women alike, and establishes that citizens who do not serve and defend the state will not be eligible to hold public office or enjoy subsidized state services.
