High Court allows Yehuda Eliyahu to continue as acting Israel Land Authority chief for three months

The High Court of Justice ruled that Yehuda Eliyahu may continue serving as Acting Director General of the Israel Land Authority for three months, contrary to the Attorney General's position. Finance Minister Smotrich welcomed the decision, stating he is pleased that Eliyahu, "who has demonstrated impressive capabilities and achievements, will continue serving in his position and extend the transformation to the Negev and the Galilee."
