IDF thwarts terror attack on Israeli civilians, two soldiers killed in operation

A terror attack targeting Israeli civilians was prevented this morning by IDF soldiers, according to Central Command chief MG Avi Bluth. Two combat soldiers were killed during the encounter with the attackers. "IDF soldiers put their lives on the line to prevent a grave terror attack against civilians," Bluth stated at the scene. The military is launching a major counterterrorism operation and imposing a cordon on Hebron and Halhul areas. "We will bring all terrorists to justice and dismantle terrorist infrastructure of all kinds," the commander said.
