Iran demands IAEA chief settle debts before nuclear talks or inspections

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Baqaei stated that the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency must settle prior debts before any nuclear talks or inspections can take place. Baqaei criticized the agency chief for not taking a position on U.S. and Israeli attacks on Iran's nuclear sites, adding that neither talks nor inspections are currently underway.
