Yisrael Beiteinu chairman Avigdor Liberman called for severe military action following a deadly terror attack near the community of Neveh Tzuf in Binyamin, in which a 30-year-old man was murdered. The opposition leader demanded that the IDF destroy the terrorist's home village in response to the shooting.
"A murderous terror attack on the eve of Yom Kippur. A terrorist opened fire at a spring in Binyamin and murdered an Israeli citizen," Liberman said. "The IDF must enter the village the terrorist came from and level it. We must exact a heavy price—there is no forgiveness for terror."
The former defense minister extended condolences to the victim's family, adding, "May his memory be a blessing."
