Prime Minister Netanyahu opened the video with a direct appeal to Dagan: "Yossi, we've known each other many years, working together to develop Samaria, to develop Eretz Yisrael. But I want you to know, this election is on a razor's edge. I know you don't want Eisenkot and Yair Golan and Mansour Abbas. You know exactly what they'll do to us. But for that not to happen, we need the vote of every single one of you."
Netanyahu continued: "Everyone goes out, you take Grandpa and Grandma and your uncle and your aunt. Everyone goes out, no one stays home. Vote Likud."
Samaria Council head Yossi Dagan addressed the cooperation with the prime minister and the settlement revolution in northern Samaria: "Prime Minister, you stood up to enormous pressure and brought the State of Israel from the worst thing in its history to a victory machine that radiates to the entire Western world, saves lives, and secures the future of the State of Israel. In the government under your leadership, with all the dear partners with you, we returned to northern Samaria, building like never before."
At this point Netanyahu interjected, emphasizing: "Building that never was."
Dagan replied: "Right, and from there we secure the safety of the State of Israel. I'm telling you, Prime Minister, my residents will come out to vote. We'll go door to door everywhere in the country to energize people, to get everyone out."
Dagan went on: "I'm saying from here together with our dear prime minister, everyone needs to mobilize. Whoever wants to strengthen the settlement enterprise, whoever wants to bring security to the State of Israel needs to support Benjamin Netanyahu. I'm proud to vote Likud and we will all go house to house so that the national camp, Likud and all the right-wing parties win and you continue to be our prime minister."
Prime Minister Netanyahu closed the joint video with another call: "Guys, it depends on you because it's on a razor's edge."
