Netanyahu calls for Israel to expand domestic weapons production, reduce foreign dependence

Prime Minister Netanyahu stated Israel must fundamentally change its defense strategy by expanding domestic weapons and ammunition production and reducing reliance on foreign suppliers. He said Israel should seek partners who depend on Israeli capabilities rather than the reverse. Netanyahu also called for building weapons production and advanced defense technology facilities underground to protect Israel's military industrial capabilities from attack.
