Polish PM vows to protect borders, reject asylum requests amid France riots

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk stated Poland will not repeat mistakes made by other European countries and will protect its borders against illegal immigration. In a tweet referencing the riots in France, Tusk said Poland conducts its own independent asylum policy, does not accept asylum requests, and expels those who break Polish law. "When it comes to security, we will act without compromise," he wrote, adding this was his message to European leaders in Brussels.
