Putin blames Ukraine for starting strikes, says Russia is responding to attacks

Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that Ukraine initiated strikes and Russia is now responding. He criticized Ukrainian complaints about attacks on their energy sector and other facilities, including data centers. "They started it. They shouldn't have started it. Before taking that step, they should have thought carefully about the consequences," Putin said.
