Rubio credits US aid with Ukraine's survival in conflict

Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that Ukraine would not exist today without billions of dollars in US assistance provided across both the Biden and current administrations. "There would be no Ukraine today were it not for the assistance the United States has supplied Ukraine in the billions of dollars, going back to the Biden administration and going through this administration as well," Rubio said.
