Yemen Offensive

Saudi Coalition Hits Houthi Targets in Hodeidah

Naval forces destroyed military infrastructure in the Yemeni governorate where Israel itself struck port facilities last year in retaliation for Houthi missile fire

Houthis and Saudi Arabia

Saudi-led coalition naval forces destroyed military targets in Hodeidah Governorate, Yemen, as the offensive against the Iran-backed Houthi militia intensifies, according to reports from open-source intelligence monitors. The strikes targeted infrastructure in the same coastal region where Israel conducted a massive air operation last year, disabling port piers after Houthi missile and drone attacks on Israeli territory.

The Houthis have launched repeated attacks on Israeli territory and Red Sea shipping lanes in recent months. The coalition's renewed campaign follows a major air offensive that destroyed over 300 Houthi targets across Yemen earlier this month.
