Military analyst Kobi Finkler addressed rumors that spread across social media in recent hours claiming a kidnapping incident had occurred, clarifying that the reports are false.
Finkler dismissed the unverified reports outright: "The wave of rumors about supposedly kidnapped Israelis who are not being reported, is not true. And thank God there is no such incident."
The analyst also addressed recent statements by Defense Minister Israel Katz, explaining the security context behind them: "The defense minister's statement was aimed directly at the other side as a warning: beware and be careful. The IDF continues to erode Hamas's capabilities and consistently strikes at the yellow line."
