A 15-year-old boy was moderately injured on Wednesday after colliding with a vehicle while riding an electric scooter on Rav Kahane Street in Bnei Brak.
Emergency responders were called to the scene following reports of a traffic accident. Medics provided treatment to the teenager, who suffered head trauma after the collision occurred during his scooter ride.
The boy was subsequently evacuated in moderate condition for continued treatment at Beilinson Hospital in Petach Tikva.
Hatzalah medics Shmuel Rotenberg and Yisrael Meir Mamo, who were first to arrive at the scene, reported: "When we reached the accident site, we found an electric scooter rider, a 15-year-old boy, suffering from head trauma after colliding with a vehicle during his ride. Together with Hatzalah and Magen David Adom medics and paramedics, we provided initial medical treatment including stabilization and bandaging, and he was evacuated in a Magen David Adom ambulance staffed by Hatzalah volunteers in moderate condition for continued treatment in the trauma room at Beilinson Hospital in Petach Tikva."
