Israel launched a sweeping international operation today as ballot boxes for the upcoming Knesset election began their journey from the Central Elections Committee's logistics center to the Foreign Ministry, from where they will be dispatched to Israeli diplomatic missions around the world.

The complex logistical undertaking will see 101 ballot boxes shipped to 99 different Israeli missions spread across 79 countries, enabling Israeli emissaries and eligible citizens stationed abroad to exercise their right to vote.

The operation is taking place exactly 42 days before election day, a timeline designed to ensure all voting materials reach even the most distant international destinations in time for the vote.

The wide-ranging effort represents close coordination between the Central Elections Committee and the Foreign Ministry, aimed at guaranteeing that all Israeli representatives abroad can fulfill their democratic right as mandated by law.
