Zelensky says U.S. threatened to cut intelligence if Ukraine continued attacks

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky revealed that the U.S. warned Kyiv to halt certain attacks or face intelligence cutoffs. "The message to Kyiv was 'don't attack, because maybe you will have problems with intelligence,'" he said. At the military level, the warning was explicit: if Ukraine did not stop, intelligence would be blocked. Washington later characterized the issue as "technological problems at some level." Zelensky added that combined with Starlink's decision, "which was 100% a decision of the American side, it creates huge problems."
