Lebanon has been in turmoil in recent days after the publication of the arrest of Mohammad Hadi Saleh, a popular singer in Lebanon and an operative in the terrorist organization who is considered close to senior Hezbollah officials, on suspicion of spying for Israeli Mossad against operatives and senior members of the terrorist organization.

According to reports from Lebanon, Saleh was summoned for questioning last Saturday, May 10, by a security agency following a complaint filed against him by someone claiming he defrauded him during his work with stocks and investments in the capital market.

However, a search of his mobile phone revealed suspicious conversations between him and Israeli agents through messages exchanged on WhatsApp. The messages showed that Saleh began his dealings with Israel after the start of the Israeli operation in Lebanon and received a total of $23,000 in return.

According to reports in Lebanon, Saleh, considered a Hezbollah operative and brother of a Hezbollah terrorist who was assassinated by Israel, and whose father was a fighter in the "Radwan Force," provided Israel with locations and maps of Hezbollah security centers that were subject to Israeli attacks, which led to numerous assassinations of the organization's terrorists, including senior Hezbollah officials.

Dozens (!) of photos of Saleh with Hezbollah terrorists - all of whom "by chance" were also assassinated - were published on networks affiliated with Hezbollah. According to some journalists, Saleh is directly responsible for the assassination of Hassan Ali Badir, an operative in Hezbollah's Unit 3900 and the Quds Force, who was assassinated in an attack in Dahieh about a month ago.

Lebanese media emphasized that there is no verified information regarding the extent of Saleh's activities and that there is much disinformation that has been published. There are reports that Saleh was the one who provided the information that led to the assassination of arch-terrorist Nasrallah. So far, Hezbollah has not commented on the affair.

Some reported on Lebanese networks that the "traitor" Saleh used to attend the funerals of Hezbollah operatives - whom he himself was responsible for their assassination through information he provided.

Mohammad Saleh's family issued an official statement denying these allegations. They called the claims "insulting and baseless" and emphasized that the incident stems from long-standing economic disputes. According to the family, some people, out of motives of extortion, initially sought financial assistance, and after receiving no response, began to threaten and damage their child's reputation.

Today, the government commissioner at the military court in Lebanon, Judge Fadi Akiki, filed a lawsuit against Saleh on charges of collaborating with the Israeli enemy and involvement in the killing of Lebanese citizens in exchange for sums of money. At the same time, five others were reported to be suspected of spying for Israel.
