Keshet 12 will soon air "The Escape," a new drama series starring Yehuda Levi that enters the closed and dangerous world of cults and tells the story of a man willing to do anything to bring his family home.

A family drawn into a cult, a desperate attempt to extract them, and a rescue operation that spirals out of control: Keshet 12's new drama The Escape, starring Ido Tako and Yehuda Levi, was written in the shadow of real cult stories from recent years
The family left inside the cult
At the center of the plot stands a young man, played by Ido Tako, attempting to extract his wife and son from a cult. When the effort to get them out becomes a complex and dangerous mission, he is forced to seek help.
A former senior security official, played by Yehuda Levi, joins the rescue operation and takes on the mission. But as the attempt to extract the family progresses, the story grows more complicated and the characters are drawn deeper into the cult's closed world.
Inspired by cult stories
"The Escape" was written in the shadow of cult stories from recent years. The cast includes Ido Tako, Itai Turgeman, Maor Schwitzer, Ben Sultan, Naya Binshtok, Leah Alalouf, Mark Ivanir and additional actors.
The series was filmed abroad, written and directed by Ariel Cohen, Yoav and Doron Paz, and produced by Raisedor Productions in partnership with Eisenbach Productions.
