The drama surrounding Sweden’s Eurovision representative, Felicia, has taken a strange turn. Following her performance of "My System" in the first semi-final, the Swedish delegation announced an immediate halt to all media commitments. The singer is reportedly under orders to maintain "absolute silence" to save her voice for the Saturday night final.

"My Voice Doesn't Sound Like Mine"

While Felicia successfully secured her spot in the final, the toll of the competition and perhaps the heated political climate, is showing. Her team cited a grueling schedule of rehearsals and non-stop speaking as the cause of her vocal collapse.

Her delegation insists she isn't "sick" but is suffering from extreme vocal strain.

"Talking is the worst thing for me right now," the singer admitted. "It’s a disaster because I hate being quiet, but I have to listen to my vocal coach."

The "Karma" Debate

Social media has been quick to react, with many Israeli fans and Eurovision followers pointing to the timing of the injury. Felicia had previously made headlines for her vocal opposition to Israel's participation in the contest, joining thousands of Swedish artists in calling for a boycott.

"A clear case of 'Instant Karma,'" one viral tweet remarked, echoing a sentiment widely shared across Israeli forums today. "She used her voice to spread exclusion; now she has no voice at all."
