Workplace Tragedy in Ashdod: Two Female Employees Pronounced Dead
Two women, aged 40 and 50, lost consciousness and died at an Ashdod industrial zone factory near the oil refineries. Despite prolonged resuscitation efforts, paramedics were forced to pronounce them dead.

Two women were pronounced dead after being found unconscious at a factory on HaNeft Street in Ashdod, according to United Hatzalah's southern district.
The women, approximately 40 and 50 years old, were discovered wearing protective suits and may have been exposed to hazardous materials, factory workers told emergency responders.
Daniel Bukobza, head of United Hatzalah's Ashdod branch, and paramedics Avraham Porges, Eli Albaz and Daniel Yosef performed prolonged resuscitation efforts on the women but were unable to revive them.
"We found two women unconscious after factory workers told us they were discovered wearing protective suits and may have been exposed to a dangerous substance," the responders said. "We performed extended resuscitation procedures, but unfortunately they were pronounced dead at the scene."
The incident remains under investigation.
