Report: Deadly blow to Sinwar family as third brother eliminated in Gaza

Media outlets in the Gaza Strip report the assassination of Dr. Zakaria Sinwar, the third brother of Yahya and Muhammad Sinwar.

According to reports, Zakaria Sinwar was killed along with his three sons in an attack on the tent where they resided in Nuseirat in central Gaza. Dr. Zakaria Sinwar is a professor of modern history at the Islamic University in Gaza.

Earlier today, the Saudi TV channel 'Al-Hadath' reported that rescue forces in the Gaza Strip found the body of Muhammad Sinwar, the de facto Hamas leader and brother of Yahya Sinwar, in a tunnel that was attacked by the IDF last week.

Sources in the Gaza Strip reported to the channel that the bodies of Sinwar's brother were found along with ten of his aides in a tunnel that was attacked in Khan Younis.

It was also reported that the commander of the Rafah Brigade, Muhammad Shabana, who is considered one of the last architects of the surprise attack, was also killed in the airstrikes.
