"Alcoholic" Trump Honors Passover: Eretz Nehederet's Hilarious Seder | WATCH
Move over 4 cups of wine! Israel's top satire show introduces Trump's lookalike drinking two oil barrels at "Chateau Hormuz" as he calls it.

Israel’s long-running and beloved satire show, Eretz Nehederet, often described as the Israeli equivalent of SNL, the famous American entertainment staple recently celebrating its 50th season, has once again struck comedy gold with its depiction of President Donald Trump. In a recently aired sketch, the show cleverly interprets Trump's unique take on Jewish traditions, specifically the Passover Seder customs.
The segment centers on the traditional practice of drinking four cups of wine during the Seder. Trump impersonator (the renowned Israeli comedian Omer Etzion), sporting the signature white suit and blonde wig, interprets the ritual in his own grandiose style. Instead of wine, he proudly presents two massive barrels humorously labeled "OIL." With flair, he refers to this vintage as "Chateau Hormuz," an elegant nod to the strategic maritime oil waterway.
When questioned about his unconventional beverage choice, the Trump character offers a classic "Eretz Nehederet" justification, utilizing a brilliant pun. He declares himself "alco-oil-hlic," seamlessly blending the words "alcoholic" and "oil."
"Eretz Nehederet" or "Wonderful Country" is currently in its 23rd season, airing under the temporary title "Eretz Niluhemat" (meaning "A Country at War"). The program continues to demonstrate why it remains Israeli television's most talked-about entertainment show, expertly finding humor in current events and complex political relationships, all while keeping audiences entertained with its sharp wit and unforgettable characters.
