Fragments from an intercepted Iranian cluster munition damaged the Bnei Brak home of United Torah Judaism MK Moshe Gafni early Saturday morning, according to reports.

The impact shattered windows and shutters in the apartment. Gafni said he was in a protected space at the time of the interception and that no one was injured.

“Miraculously, there were no casualties. We went down to the shelter and heard a huge boom,” he said.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke with Gafni by phone following the incident.

The strike was part of a broader overnight barrage between Friday and Saturday, during which at least 17 impact sites were identified across the Tel Aviv metropolitan area, including Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Petah Tikva, and surrounding cities.

In Bnei Brak, a 45-year-old man was lightly injured after being cut by glass from the blast. He was treated by medical teams.

Elsewhere, damage was reported to residential buildings, vehicles, and infrastructure. Emergency services responded to multiple scenes, including incidents involving cluster munitions in residential areas, fires, and localized power outages.

Authorities said no additional serious injuries were reported in the overnight attacks.
