Red Alert sirens sent residents scrambling in three northern Israeli communities Wednesday as explosive drones once again crossed the Lebanese border, the fourth such incident in just seven days.

The IDF confirmed that multiple explosive drones were identified and fell inside Israeli territory near the Lebanese border. Sirens sounded in Shlomi, Rosh Hanikra, and Batzet following suspected hostile aircraft infiltrations. No casualties were reported in any of the incidents.

In a separate development, the Israeli Air Force intercepted a suspicious aerial target identified in the area where IDF forces are currently operating in southern Lebanon.

A Recurring Pattern

Wednesday's events are part of a troubling pattern that has accelerated sharply this week. According to the IDF, this marks the fourth time in seven days that Hezbollah explosive drones have successfully penetrated Israeli airspace and landed inside the country near the northern border.

Tuesday alone saw two separate incidents, one in the morning involving a single drone, and another in the afternoon involving multiple drones, alongside the interception of additional Hezbollah drones that were shot down before reaching Israeli territory.
