Several impact sites were reported across central Israel on Monday following Iran’s latest missile barrage, with damage recorded in multiple cities and along a major highway, according to Israel Fire and Rescue Services.

Initial reports indicated that about 10 locations were affected by falling debris from intercepted missiles or by cluster munitions. Seven of the sites were located in Rishon Lezion, while additional damage was reported along Highway 431 as well as in Lod and Shoham.

Emergency and rescue teams were dispatched to several locations in Rishon Lezion and Shoham, where they conducted searches of buildings and surrounding areas to ensure no residents were trapped.

“At the end, concerns about trapped individuals in the locations were ruled out,” said Amit Malul Rozenblat, a spokesperson for the Central District of Israel Fire and Rescue Services.

Local authorities in Shoham reported that missile shrapnel landed in a residential yard, causing property damage. Emergency crews remained at the scene while residents were asked to stay indoors to avoid interfering with rescue operations.

“Emergency forces are on site handling the event,” the Shoham Home Front Command Committee said in a statement. “Residents are requested to stay indoors so as not to hinder security and rescue forces.”

Medical teams from Magen David Adom responded to several calls during the attack. Paramedics treated a woman in her 30s who suffered minor injuries and symptoms of anxiety after shrapnel struck her home. She was evacuated in mild condition to Shamir-Asaf Harofeh Hospital.

According to first responder Sheldon Levin, the woman had been inside a protected room when the strike occurred.

“We arrived at the scene with destruction, smoke, and broken glass,” Levin said. “We conducted thorough searches, during which we located a woman who was in the bomb shelter at the time of the missile strike, along with her dog.”

Levin emphasized the importance of following Home Front Command instructions during rocket alerts.

“There is enormous importance in staying in a protected space when an air raid siren is heard,” he said, adding that the outcome could have been far worse if the resident had not taken shelter.

Police also deployed teams to handle unexploded debris and fragments from intercepted missiles. Authorities urged the public not to approach impact sites or touch any missile fragments while disposal teams work to secure the areas.
