The Israel Defense Forces announced it killed Tariq Anwar Khamis Ra'i in an airstrike in the Khan Yunis area of southern Gaza on Sunday. Ra'i served as a company commander in the logistics division of Palestinian Islamic Jihad, a militant organization operating in Gaza.
