Operation Rising Lion: Israel expects Iranian retaliation within hours
Israeli defense sources warned citizens that this bombardment will be heavy and very dangerous, and not to leave safe areas unless absolutely necessary.

Security sources talking to Israeli media said that an Iranian counterattack to Operation Rising Lion is expected within hours, and it is expected to be hard and painful.
The sources warned that the bombardment will not be like attacks by Hamas or Hezbollah from Gaza or Lebanon, and will involve ballistic missiles with a half-ton or ton warhead. All citizens are requested to remain where they are within safe areas, as instructed by Rear Command, until further notice due to the war.
The sources said that nevertheless, this is the price Israel needs to pay to remove an existential threat to Israel.
