Emergency crews from the Benjamin Regional Fire Station responded Tuesday to a post office in Modiin Illit, a predominantly ultra-Orthodox city in central Israel, after employees reported a suspicious package containing liquid materials. The package, which arrived at the branch located on Yechezkel Boulevard in the city's commercial center, raised concerns when staff noticed it contained leaking fluids.
Fire and rescue teams arrived quickly at the scene and began handling the incident. Additional units, including specialized hazardous materials monitoring teams, were dispatched to assist with the professional assessment and treatment of the suspicious package.
