Two Terror Attacks in Days
Update: Female Soldier Injured in Ramming Attack Near Kiryat Arba, Terrorist Flees to Hebron
A female IDF soldier sustained light injuries in a ramming attack near Kiryat Arba, with forces opening fire and launching a massive pursuit after the terrorist fled in his vehicle into the city of Hebron.

A car-ramming attack occurred Monday evening near the Judea Junction north of Kiryat Arba, resulting in a female IDF soldier sustaining light injuries. The terrorist responsible for the attack fled the scene in his vehicle and escaped into the city of Hebron, triggering a massive manhunt and roadblock operation by security forces.
According to the IDF, the terrorist accelerated his vehicle directly toward the soldier who was standing near the roadside. Following the impact, the terrorist immediately fled the scene. IDF forces at the junction returned live fire toward the attacker, with a hit being identified before the vehicle sped away.
Manhunt Underway
The injured female soldier was quickly evacuated to a hospital for medical treatment, and her family has been notified. The IDF stated that extensive searches are being conducted, and roadblocks have been established in the area surrounding the junction and the Hebron region to locate the terrorist and the damaged vehicle.
The attack near Kiryat Arba follows another recent close call on Israeli roads. Just two days prior, a terrorist hurled an iron rod at a civilian vehicle traveling near the Samaria Crossing on Highway 5, known as the "Trans-Samaria Highway." The rod penetrated the vehicle’s front windshield, narrowly missing the driver.
Merav, a resident of central Israel who was a passenger in the damaged car, recounted the terrifying moment: "We left Kedumim toward Petah Tikva. Three minutes before the Shomron Crossing, we heard a boom. At that moment, I didn’t understand what was happening." She added that the response from the forces who arrived at the checkpoint was swift and professional. "I hope they catch the terrorist and everyone involved. People who live in Samaria deserve to be safe."
The driver of the vehicle, who was unharmed but suffered from anxiety, was treated and released. Following that attack, the IDF launched extensive searches and raids, including in the village of Mas-ha, to apprehend the perpetrator, with the Shin Bet also involved in the investigation.
The two incidents, a targeted ramming attack and a potentially lethal projectile assault, underscore the persistent security threat facing both soldiers and civilians across the region, prompting heightened operational readiness from the IDF as the manhunt continues for the ramming suspect who fled into Hebron.
