"He Punched Me in the Face": Ex Hostage Rom Braslavski Attacked in Tel Aviv
Survivor Rom Braslavski alleges assault by David Ziton, a reality star and partner of famous singer Nasrin outside a Tel Aviv club. Police issue a warrant after the suspect reportedly mocked his hostage status during the attack.

Rom Braslavski has come forward with fresh details about an alleged assault outside a popular club on Allenby Street in Tel Aviv, claiming he was punched in the face by David Ziton, the partner of well-known singer Nasrin during a private party. Police have issued a search warrant for the suspect, a reality TV personality closely linked to the singer, as investigations continue.
The incident unfolded late Saturday night when the survivor attempted to enter the venue for the singer's exclusive event but was denied access.
According to a complaint filed with Tel Aviv's Lev Tel Aviv police station (Yarkon district), a confrontation escalated, leading to the alleged attack. The survivor, who intervened to help a friend also being assaulted, recounted: "I tried to push his hand away, and then he punched me in the face." He added that the suspect told him, "Just because you're a hostage doesn't mean you can talk however you want."
Authorities were called to the scene amid reports of a brawl at the club's entrance. The suspect, described as a close associate (or partner) of the singer, is now wanted for questioning. Police are actively searching for him following the issuance of the warrant Sunday morning.
Rom emphasized that the party was private and he was not invited, but the denial sparked the altercation. This case has shocked the entertainment industry, with calls for swift justice given the survivor's traumatic background.
Rom's mother Tami explained:
“Last night there was an incident that I prefer not to comment on at the moment since the matter is already under investigation by the police and I am sure they will handle the matter properly. However, I would like to remind you that those who have returned to us may seem as if everything is fine, but they are going through storms inside. No one, not even me or anyone else, can understand what they went through and what they are going through except them, and no one can even imagine. They are in a difficult post-traumatic state and it is important to be more sensitive in words, criticism and actions.”
