Family shares video of Hamas hostage Daniela Gilboa in captivity | Watch
Gilboa family releases footage in bid to bring their daughter home.

The family of Daniela Gilboa, a kidnapped observer from the Nachal Oz kibbutz, released a sign of life received from her four months ago, on the 107th day of the ongoing conflict. The footage shows Ms. Gilboa addressing both the Israeli government and her family.
In the video, which was distributed by Hamas, Ms. Gilboa pleads with the government for her release: "I am under bombardment and fire 24 hours a day, and I am very afraid for my life. Why do I need to feel abandoned and thrown away? Get your act together, dear government, and start doing your job properly. Bring us home alive."
She also addressed her family: "I miss you very much and love you - Mom, Dad, Noni, and Roico. I ask you to be strong and do everything you can to bring me home while I am still alive."
Two months ago, the families of the kidnapped observers released footage of Ms. Gilboa's abduction from the Nachal Oz base, along with her four colleagues - Liri Elbag, Karina Ariev, Agam Berger, and Naama Levy. The video contains distressing content and was published due to the stalemate in negotiations.
Orly Gilboa, Ms. Gilboa's mother, spoke with Michal Rabinowitz on Kan 11, sharing the profound sense of distress they are experiencing and expressing hope that the video's release will reignite negotiations. "I hope she does not lose hope, that she knows they will get out of there," Ms. Gilboa said.
