"We've Done This 100 Times": Elite IDF Commandos Seize Gaza-Bound Flotilla Boats at Sea | WATCH
IDF Shayetet 13 commandos have seized a Gaza-bound flotilla of 40 boats from Turkey. Released footage shows forces reassuring over 400 activists: "You are safe."

IDF naval commandos from the elite Shayetet 13 unit have seized control of a flotilla of vessels that departed from Turkey last week heading toward the Gaza Strip. Following a pause in operations overnight, the takeovers resumed on Tuesday.
Footage of the operations published by Kan News on Tuesday captured the moments commandos boarded the vessels, including a boat named the "Zafiro." Some of these takeovers were documented during live broadcasts.
"You Are Safe and Protected"
The newly released video shows the naval commandos approaching the vessels in rubber dinghies, coordinating positions, and aligning their boats alongside the flotilla.
As they boarded, the commandos could be heard calming the pro-Palestinian activists on board, who were wearing life jackets.
"You are safe and protected," one of the commandos announced through a megaphone. "We've already done this 100 times."
The commandos instructed the activists to move to the front of the boat and cooperate with the forces.
Flotilla Interception Nears Completion
On Monday, Shayetet 13 forces successfully took control of approximately 40 boats carrying over 400 activists.
According to security officials, only a few isolated boats remain in the water. The operation to take control of these remaining vessels is expected to wrap up within the coming hours. Security forces report that no unusual or violent incidents have been recorded so far during the operations.
