The IDF Spokesperson just announced today (Tuesday) that the IDF is now calling up no fewer than four reserve brigades and "additional forces" for operational missions in the northern sector.

The IDF said that this callup would allow the continued effort against Hezbollah and the achievement of the goals of the war, including returning the northern residents safely to their homes.

The IDF has kept a tight lid on details of IDF ground operations in Lebanon, but it has revealed that the IDF has been covertly operating inside Lebanon along the border since the war began.
