As reported by The Times of Israel, the IDF said that a barrage of some 20 rockets was fired from Lebanon at Kiryat Shmonah.

One of those rockets hit two people, a man and a woman in their 40s (Wednesday).

MDA just reported that they were critically injured and died soon after.

The police has asked people not to go anywhere near the scene of fallen rockets, debris or shrapnel, but to rather call 100 if they come across anything like that.

According to Israel Hayom, the Iron Dome wasn't activated during this attack, for unknown reasons.
