Today (Tuesday) the Financial Times claimed that there is a severe shortage of interceptor missiles in Israel.

This article caused an uproar in Israel, and national concern about the effect of the lack of interceptors on the continuation of the war, but now the aerospace industry is coming out against the claims.

Katz, who is the chairman of Israel Aerospace Industries (IAA) stated: "The headline published this morning in the Financial Times is incorrect. Israel has a stockpile of interceptor missiles that are sufficient for a long-term war."

In addition, Katz said, "I don't know who is behind the article, I know that he is irresponsible at best or seeks to weaken the State of Israel at worst."
