The IDF released a video today (Sunday) explaining why and how the IDF operated against the Kamal Adwan Hospital to refute accusations made against it in the press.
The presentation explains how Hamas has been documented using hospital buildings and compounds to hide terrorists and weapons and even commit murders of hostages.
The Spokesperson noted that before operating in the Hospital, the IDF safely evacuated all the patients and personnel before operating in the building in coordination with COGAT.
The IDF then identified around 240 Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad terrorists who were operating in the hospital, some of whom tried to hide themselves as patients.
