The family of Avrohom Moshe (Moishy) Kleinerman marked his 21st birthday today, four and a half years after the yeshiva bochur disappeared near Har Meron without a trace. Since that day in 2020, there has been no lead, no clue, and no light shed on what happened to him.
1,656 days have passed since Moishy's tracks were last seen in the Meron area, and his family's strained wait continues day by day. His uncle, Chaim Hanfling, shared the anguish that has accompanied the family throughout these years. "Every father who has a child knows the terrible feeling when a child goes missing, even for just a few minutes," he said.
Hanfling described the ongoing suffering: "There is a family here that has been coping for 4.5 years. There are no words to describe the pain of the parents and family members since the disappearance of the one dearest to them. We turn to the precious Jewish people, as Chazal say, Jews are modest, merciful and perform acts of chessed. Please, let each person do one thing to locate him: whether bringing intelligence information, or saying quiet tefillos and learning Torah, or any good kabbalah for another Jew. We must reach some lead. We believe and are certain that every good action a person does will bring, with Hashem's help, merits for Moishy's discovery soon."
