Three years after October 7

Ben Gvir warns of West Bank terror threat

Exactly three years after the October 7 attack, Otzma Yehudit chairman and National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir arrived Wednesday morning at 06:29 at the Nitzanei Oz interchange, on the seam line near Tulkarm, and delivered a statement warning of a scenario in which terrorists infiltrate communities in the Sharon region.

Ben Gvir chose to deliver the statement at the hour the October 7 attack began, standing near the security fence and Route 6. In his remarks, he addressed the proximity of Judea and Samaria cities to the highway and to Israeli communities in the area.

"We are here on October 7, at 6:29 on the fence, near Nitzanei Oz," he said. "On October 7 three years ago, the State of Israel was surprised. We must not repeat the same mistake."

According to him, "We are a few meters from Route 6, not far from Netanya and the Hefer Valley. I am saying in the simplest and clearest way: we must dismantle the PA. Take their weapons from them. Disarm them. Arrest PA officials. Not repeat the same mistake twice."

In addition, Otzma Yehudit announced the launch of "Operation Bridges", a campaign in which giant billboards will be placed on bridges along Route 6 in the Sharon area and the seam line, warning of a threat of infiltration into communities in the region.
