Rain returns to south and east on Sunday

Clear, unseasonably warm weather through Shabbos, with brisk coastal winds. Sunday brings a shift: cooler temperatures and a chance of local rain in the south and east of the country.

Temperatures Drop, Winds Pick up; Rain Returns to Two Regions

Unseasonably warm and dry weather will continue through the end of the week, with a shift expected early next week that may bring local rain to parts of the country.

Thursday will be clear. Temperatures will rise slightly and it will be warm and dry in inland areas. Brisk northerly winds will blow along the coastal strip during the afternoon hours.

Friday will remain clear, with temperatures above seasonal average, particularly in the interior and mountain regions. Brisk winds will blow along the coastal plain in the afternoon.

Shabbos will be partly cloudy to clear. Temperatures will continue slightly above seasonal average, especially inland and in mountain areas, with brisk winds along the coastal plain during the afternoon.

Sunday will bring a slight shift: partly cloudy skies and a slight drop in temperatures, mainly in the interior and mountain regions. At the same time, local rain is possible in the south and east of the country.

Monday will be partly cloudy to fair, with a slight rise in temperatures.
