Neve Tzuf Attack

IDF Demolishes Home of Shukrun's Killer

Israeli forces demolished the Biddu home of Kadri Samara, the terrorist who shot and killed Netanel Shukrun near Neve Tzuf on the eve of Yom Kippur.

Nathanel Shukrun, may G-d avenge his blood

The IDF has demolished the home of Kadri Samara in the village of Biddu, according to a report on the Abu Ali Express channel that has not been independently verified. Samara carried out the deadly shooting near Neve Tzuf, also known as Halamish, on the eve of Yom Kippur, killing Netanel Shukrun.

Before the demolition, troops raided the house and mapped it.

The demolition follows an earlier measure against the property. As JFeed reported in September, Israeli forces sealed the terrorist's home under a temporary confiscation order signed by the head of IDF Central Command, the military's regional headquarters for Judea and Samaria. The IDF Spokesperson confirmed the sealing, and demolition proceedings were set to continue.

Shukrun, 30, lived in Eli Zahav. On September 20, he went to Ein Re'aya spring with his eldest son to immerse ahead of Yom Kippur. He was shot there and critically wounded, then evacuated to Beilinson Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

He is survived by his wife, Dr. Merav Shukrun, a lecturer at Ariel University, and their six children, the youngest of whom is four. Shukrun worked as an information systems analyst at Hachshara Insurance Company.

The terrorist fled the scene on foot after the shooting. IDF forces and police launched a manhunt across the sector, setting up roadblocks and conducting ground searches with the help of drones, while Air Force assets were scrambled.
